about

Around the same time as I first watched "Halfway house", another film came to light that was also visually engrossing . A Canterbury Tale was loosely based on the traditional Canterbury Tales , although the story was radically different and involved a man who put glue in women's hair

Once again the cinematography inspired this soundtrack , with its rolling meadows and windswept hay fields.
1944 was truly a great year for films that broke boundaries regarding the use of atmospheres in photographic output.

Just a little note to add........some folk seem to think I'm releasing albums far to quickly. Some of this material dates back to 78/79. Only recently have I obtained the means to make sense of the hundreds of hours of tapes thanks to modern technology. Also Spotify , YouTube Etc has made it easier to get the stuff to the masses along with this excellent Band camp Platform.

Loads more to come ......Enjoy !!!!
